Spent an amazing two nights at Ashita No Mori! The river views from my room were enchanting, like a picturesque painting. Having the option to dig a private onsen in the river was an exhilarating experience! They provide shovels, which made it so much fun. The communal spaces were spotless, including the bathrooms and the private onsen facilities. The hosts were incredibly helpful. one owner scheduled my room for an early breakfast after I told them we had an early start. Their food was fresh and plentiful, especially the meals they prepared for us. However, the menu had too many beef dishes and not enough vegetarian options. During busy hours, the shared bathrooms felt a bit cramped. Still, the warmth and hospitality of the owners truly elevated our stay. Can't wait to return for another visit!

We had an amazing time during our group vacation! The twin room was comfy, and we loved soaking in the giant Sennin-buro outdoor bath by the river—truly unique. We also visited Nachi Falls and Kumano Taisha Grand Shrine, both unforgettable spots. Don’t miss out on the delicious dinners. the service was top-notch too!

Reaching specific destinations was a bit tricky, even with GPS. It required a few detours, so ensure you have a reliable WiFi router handy while exploring.

Staying here was wonderful with my family, especially the kids! Watching them build sand castles by the river and play in the outdoor hot spring was a highlight. The hospitality was top-notch, and the breakfast selection was delicious and abundant.
